Een samenwerking met activiteit Opvoedplaza van SOL en CJG jeugdarts was aanwezig om vragen te beantwoorden. Laat je stem horen om de juiste steun voor ouders te maken. Laat je stem horen over een oplossing (in de buurt of digitaal) die jonge gezinnen in IJsselmonde kan steunen bij stress en gezonde voeding. Hiervoor willen we (TU Delft) graag weten wat jij als steun ervaart of zou willen ervaren. Wil je met ons in gesprek over wat jou en andere ouders in de wijk zou kunnen steunen? Wij willen praten over: Welke momenten kunnen lastig zijn rondom voeding en stress in jouw gezin? Wat werkt voor jou als steun in deze momenten? Als we iets maken voor ouders, wat voor steun zou je wel en niet fijn vinden in deze momenten? We started a collaboration with Public Food to organize a Living Lab activity called Meal Prep Café. During each of the 6 sessions, 10 participants will cook 5 meals of which they will take home 5 portions, that’s 25 meals in total! Not only will this be a valuable activity for residents of IJsselmonde, but it will be a research setting for PhD researchers from WP2 and WP3. In promotion of this activity, WP2 is joining a women empowerment day by Women Building Unity and Opvoedplaza by SOL netwerk. You will find us in IJsselmonde the upcoming period! The researchers from WP1 and WP5 are looking to talk to young families living in IJsselmonde, this includes anyone that wants to have a child, is pregnant (or with a partner that is pregnant), or has a young child up to 4 years old. This is an interview study in which participants will be asked about their experience (or lack of experience) with lifestyle apps, and what types of influences they find acceptable. The interview takes 1 hour and after completion the participant will receive a gift card worth 20 euros! Click the following link if you would like to sign up or for more information.
